Title: ULX APromote - Where is the settings and how do I edit them?

All I can find to edit the settings is

the .txt in data I'm not sure exactly what it controls. I want only certain usergroups promoted.

There should be an APromote tab on the settings part of the menu. If not, check and make sure your group has the xgui permission for it
