Title: ULX Documentation

Have you guys ever thought of making a docs for ulx like the one ulib has? I think it would be great as there is a lot of functionality in ulx that could be better documented, right now i just look at the code for ulx and try and figure it out with my best judgement.

Yes, this is on the docket next time we go through a major revision.
