Title: People can't move the props they spawn.

Sometimes people on my server who have no admin spawn a prop and when they try to manipulate it, it tells them that it's protected and they can't touch it.
 ???

Same here, this also happens when i (as admin) touched it as well.

I think its with those userids , sometimes messed up... i think.
