Title: need help adding command back

Yeah so i acciddently removed a command from me "owner" and it removed permenatley lol i have no idea how to add it back.

He seems to have removed groupallow and groupdeny from his owner rank. Because those are needed for you to give and take permissions he can not grant them back to him self.

This is an easy fix (or should be) if you have rcon. Just use the code below.

rcon_password yourpassword; rcon ulx groupallow superadmin "ulx groupallow"
