Title: ULX fun menu?

On some servers i have seen like !rocket and !party but i can't find the commands anywhere, can someone help me?
(Sorry if this is in the wrong place)

Check the releases section, I have found the rocket plugin for you. http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,3955.0.html
You can also make commands your self.

Never seen !party before, and is surely someone's custom.
