Ok so on this old server i use to dev the other dev had this rdm manager where at the end of the round it would come up in the chat everyone who was rdmed that round but it is not the one that pops up when you die just the one at the end of the round?

Edit: Just read the part about it not being when you die. You wanted at the end of the round. My mistake.

Haven't heard of such a thing, but it may be a simple modification to Deathtitan77's version.
