Title: Time-Auto Promote Feature.

A feature where lets say you have the group "Regular" and at 12 hours of gameplay you give the player Regular for his time. Well lets you say your not on and people have the the hours...and there complaining..first it will be a lot easier for admins. second there will be no problems... The only thing I think you would have to have UTime installed.

We will most likely never include this as a default function of ULib.
Personally, and I believe most of Team Ulysses agrees, promotions should be based on worth to a group, not time in.

There are several releases aimed at time based promotion for those that wish to use them, including a recent revival of one.
