Title: Toolgun banning?

I am just wondering if there is anyway to disable the use of certain toolguns (except for admins)? If not, it would be nice to have it in your nxt release, because people always come into my server and write stuff on walls with paint, and it lags up.

not sure myself, should be pretty easy, just make the primary fire part check for adminship.

Thank you very much!  ;D Oh, and also, is it possible to make an admin not able to pick people up with physgun? one of my admins finds it funny to fling me around >:(

I'm not positive, but I thought PropDefender had a anti-physgun player feature.
