I wanted a ULX pgag and pmute system for micspammers or spammers in chat. I asked one of my nearest friends from another server to help me on it. So far, we've gotten pmute and punmute to work. The pgag (don't know about pungag) isn't working. I tried permagagging myself and told the server do you hear the micspam and they said yes. Adult told me that he can't fix this, so I figured you guys can help me out with this? If your going to edit or play with it, be sure to make a .txt file named "pmutegag" in the data folder or the addon will get a lua error. -Pyro

Sorry, you've got some custom code in there I'm not familiar with (or new GM functions that aren't documented), so I can't help much.
