Title: How to properly install AutoPromote 3.1?

Hi. AutoPromote, with the aid of "uTime" promotes players into a specific group at a specific amount of time played.

How would I install AutoPromote?
I already installed uTime, and it works.

Read the last page of the forum post you linked to.
That post has been closed, because we haven't seen the author in a long time.
You want version 4.1 (which was apparently last done Jun26 2013
