Title: Moderator physgun other peoples props

Hello again,

I've been looking for a way to enable my "Moderators" to physgun props and other entities just like admins can. Where should I look to enable this sort of functionality?

Hmm, I thought this was something built into ULX. I suppose that's something to do with Falco's Prop Protection then huh.

The Ulysses version of prop protection is UPS.
