I cant get ulx to work by that i mean i cannot make myself admin ive tried almost everything but it keeps on sayingul something about the target might not be findable or something about immunity i am using a server host and im so dissappointed this wont work so can anyone plz help me?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have added my self into users.cfg but i still dont think i am a admin is there a way to check?

This is what you should do.

Go into server console, using RCON access through HLSW or whatever your host has.
Since I assume you're the owner, you should get superadmin access. Find your Steam ID using one of the methods here: http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,5767.0.html
After finding your Steam ID, do this through RCON/server console: "ulx adduserid STEAM-ID superadmin". Without the quotes and replace "STEAM-ID" with your Steam ID.

It's a lot easier if you're already on the server with RCON access/server console access. Just do "ulx adduser IN-GAME-NAME superadmin".
Again, without the quotes and replace "IN-GAME-NAME" with whatever name you use in-game (nickname on Steam).

i always get this error when i try to make myself a server admin can anybody help this is the error "ulx adduser", argument #1: No target found or target has immunity!
I am so confused and have no idea what to do this has made me rip my hair out cause i have tried everything  :-[ so can everyone please try to help me

You have to be in-game and on the server for "ulx adduser" to work. And yes, it's basically a duplicate.

The answer Decicus gave you is answered step by step in one of our FAQs.
We take considerable time writing them and when we have time, updating them, and they aren't there for looks, they are there to save you time of asking, and us of answering.
Though not the exact one MrP linked, the steps describeb are in one of them.
