Title: HELP ME PLEASE

I just bought a dark RP server hosted xenon and for some reason the ulx admin mod is restricting all groups but user to use the tool gun i have not messed with anything but the motd added a few addons i svn both ulx and ulib i removed all the files and sever files i tried everything i can do i need some help im not assuming its ulx but i just need to know if maybe it is.

ULX does not restrict weapons.

Check FPP. (Falco's Prop Protection) Sounds like you've some one of the settings there ticked which is causing problems.

Im going to delete fpp then reinstall thank you so much for the reply
