Title: Urestrict

I am trying to implement URestrict on a darkRP server. I have copied this folder http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=106004 into the addon folder of the server. But when I type urestrict (wich does come up as a recommendation in console) I get "unknown command"

Please help
