Title: Blcoking Powers for lower Ranks

Hello i am Black Blade (like it says there <-) and i own a server... got ULX and it works great
Now my problem is on the server we have donators that got the power to Vote-Kick so if there is no mod on they can help clear the RDMers.... now the main problem i get is sometime they use there powers when a Mod is on...
So what i want to ask is there a way to block there powers while a mod/admin/superadmin is on?

Not possible without a code modification. I suggest enforcing this by punishing the user for doing anything while a mod is on.
