Title: Physgun Promblems

On this server I am Super Admin on I have set all the can_targets, but every group that has  can pick up the higher groups I have tried everything and I cant figure out why this is can anyone help me ?

Please attach the output file from your server when you run ulx debuginfo.
Or, attach your actual groups.txt from <server>/data/ulib/
