Hello. Just wondering is there any chance u know a plugin that shows like ingame tags? Like [Admin] Kossan or so?

Kossan, this forum has a 'releases' section full of ULib, ULX and even some non-Ulysses project dependent modules for Gmod written by Team Ulysses and other community members.
I'd strongly encourage you to look over them, several pages worth.
