Okay, so last night I believe a Moderator went rogue and put everyone in no-clip, I dont exactly know if it was staff or a bug that has been found without garrysmod/ULX shortly after this i got this bug of ranks as shown in the screenshot. http://gyazo.com/2ec292be02f740968451ca53cb79d556 (http://gyazo.com/2ec292be02f740968451ca53cb79d556)
I deleted the group and restarted the server, upon restart it came back (this also occurred for the people that had the bug, if they'd rejoin it would occur) so everytime i delete it, it re-appears is there a known bug for this? the most annoying part is that I never even edited a file before the bug. Later more ranks were created with numbers for e.g. "6123" or something like that. What's its problem??? Please help.

Those 'groups' that have 'equipped, blah blah' in them are/would be DarkRP related.
Something (or someone) is adding them to the groups from DarkRP.
Do you use Fadmin? It's likely the culprit.

I removed FAdmin, from the modules thing as explained by DarkRP's wiki. I can't think of anything that it could be especially when it occured when I added nothing.

I just added a brand new ULX and it still happens. It only adds people to the group "272" only a few have this, those that joined when the problems occurred.

I have never heard of such a problem before. Try removing all other addons and running ULX and ULib in a vanilla Sandbox server for a bit to see if the problem lies with ULX.

The line you are seeing is from pointshop or if you are using something similar on MySQL.
I am not sure why it displays the MySQL log instead of the group name tho, you might want to check the pointshop/mysql database
