Title: Help With ! in chat

So i start my server and i try !Menu, but it wont work none of the chat commands work the only way i can get to them is through console. How do i fix it to where i can type !menu to get it to pop up?

You're running a mod that's blocking ULX. Try removing the other mods one by one to see which it is.

ok its probably other admin mods.
