Title: Custom commands

I suck at lua. lol I need a custom command that link to my forums register page when you do !register I know I am supposed to go to the /addons/ulx/lua/ulx/modules/sh and then make a lua file with the coding and stuff in it. But since I suck at lua I have no idea where to even begin with the code. I have researched but when I find a command it usually has all of this extra stuff and I don't know what to delete. please help.
