Title: Person doesn't keep rank after they leave the server

I don't know why it's doing this, but whenever a specific person leaves my darkrp server and comes back, he doesn't have his ULX rank anymore.
Any idea why and how to fix?

Our fadmin faq might be out of date, but, make sure it's not running - it tends to over-write groups.
