Title: Physgun freezing players?

So I've been searching and can't find anything other than a script on here that doesn't work.

I'm looking for an addon, a script, whatever that will allow an Admin to freeze players in the air with their Physgun. Instead of jailing them. Can anyone help me out?

this would be awesome and helpful to control players that 1 try to shoot you or 2 the ones that run :) but this should be suggestions
