RTLK's ULX Command Pack
This command pack includes ULX commands for a few popular addons/gamemodes that I have wanted in my servers and thus created.
Included in the current version of the Command Pack are the following:
Pointshop:
- Give Item (ulx giveitem, !giveitem) - Gives the targeted player(s) the named item. Checks to see if the item is valid and if the player has the item. XGUI lists the items loaded in the pointshop by catagory in a drop down menu.
- Take Item (ulx takeitem, !takeitem) - Takes the specified item from the targeted player. If equipped, it unequips it.
- Give Points (ulx givepoints, !givepoints) - Gives the targeted player(s) a specified number of pointshop points.
- Take Points (ulx takepoints, !takepoints) - Takes the specified number of points from the targeted player(s).
- Set Points (ulx setpoints, !setpoints) - Sets the targeted player(s) to the specified point amount.
Cinema: (all commands can be used to remotely control theaters)
- Skip Video (ulx skipvideo, !skipvideo, !skip) - Skips the video in the current theater.
- Seek Video (ulx seekvideo, !seekvideo, !seek) - Seeks the video in the current theater to a specified time (in seconds.)
- Reset Theater (ulx resettheater, !resettheater, !reset) - Resets the current theater.
I created these commands to both centralize administration (by assigning permissions only through ULX and denying the built in admin systems in the pointshop and cinema gamemode) and allow for binded/autorun commands (for use in automatic donation systems, etc.)
I am currently working on improving the Cinema commands to allow theaters to be controlled remotely, and add in a few fun commands where you can spoof video requests from a player, things like that. I am also working on adding in a video blacklist system where administrators can blacklist videos that they don't want played for whatever reason, while having a video blacklist list so players can see and admins can remove. I am also going to eventually work on adding commands for Prophunt v2 (by Phoenixf129) and Metastrike, as well as any requests that are requested.
All commands are defaulted to superadmin only.

Update:
Added - Pointshop: Take Item (ulx takeitem/!takeitem). This allows you to take items from the targeted player. If using XGUI, the drop down will automatically populate with the users items (thanks to help from Stickly Man! (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,7097.msg35641.html#msg35641))
Changed - Cinema: All cinema commands can now be used to remotely control theaters. Theater names will autopopulate in the XGUI menu. If you do not specify a valid theater, or you do not specify a theater, it will default to the current theater.

the give points thing doesnt work. it lists items and doesnt allow you to type a number

So is there any way to fix where !dban won't allow your staff to ban the owner or superadmins? It allows admins to ban ranks higher than them.

this is the wrong discussion. You should ask this on the Custom Commands thread where you got dban
