Hi, encountered such a problem: when I had installed ulx, pressing TAB and clicking on your username, you can perform different actions (using admin powers) example: give weapons etc. And now, when installed ulx, pressing TAB nothing happens in the absence of the admin. (P.S. sorry for my english, I'm from Russia)

Are you using a different scoreboard? Addons like that are usually built into scoreboards.
