Title: Cooldown for ulx playsound?

On my server I allow certain people access to playsound just for fun, including various voice clips I uploaded. I'm thinking of opening it to more people.

So to help reduce sound spam I was wondering if it's possible to code a cooldown period on it so players can only playsounds say, every few seconds.

My apologies for not finding that thread. It works but is there anyway to only restrict one command and not every command in general?
