Title: Tab like "!motd"

Hi!
I want to make a !vip command which is similar to the !motd command, just that it points to a website.
In my case, I want !vip to point to my VIP/Donation Store, as !motd points to the Server Rules on my website.
I want !vip to open a tab with http://golden-sonic.com/donationstore (http://golden-sonic.com/donationstore) opened.
But, sadly to my limited knowledge within LUA, I am not sure how to make this..
Can anyone of you help me with this?
