Hey, My chatbox replaces " with ', I cant figure out how to fix it, so it does not mess with ULX commands, so I decided I would let ulx parse ' the same way it does with ". Anyone know how?

I'm pretty sure he's talking about the chatbox in garrysmod servers

But, Garry's mod chatbox doesn't change " to ' on it's own, so, he's got a custom chatbox, or a script badly modifying the chat, and, we need to know what he means/is using, specifically.
