Title: Add 'ulx return' after using 'ulx jailtp'

Title explained it well enough I think. I usually teleport and jail people as its a very fast and easy thing to use, but then hesitate when ulx return says there is no previous location for the user to return to.

Thanks for the heads up- It looks like it may have been an oversight when adding the command. I've committed the change (https://github.com/Nayruden/Ulysses/commit/4a01e8f391e3250c9bef1b18f1418708ef600aca) (untested, sorry!), and you should be able to try it out right away!

Please test and make sure that it works, and that you can't return a player while they are jailed. It was a simple fix and should work perfectly fine, but.. you never know what strange things may come up. :P

How about having it so you can unjail, and then return them, maybe even have it so they get returned when the jail time expires (if its set.)
