Title: Donate system that works?

I'm a bit new to this site and servers. I actually started my server this week! But so far I've been very successful in adding addons and using ulx. However I want to use a server host (http://www.elpishost.com/gameservers.html (http://www.elpishost.com/gameservers.html)) so it can be up 24/7. And more people can get on. It's not that much money but I don't have much anyway... So that's where I need help. I've found a few donation options on some servers. But I'm looking for one that used a !donate command. I have a webpage for donations but however it doesn't have anything at the moment. Does anyone know of a working one that is (somewhat) easy to install and configure? Something around those guidelines.

There is DarkE's one, but it is 15 bucks on Coderhire, That is the only working Premade one I know of.
