Title: Name Change Auto Ban

Hello,
For some reason, every time someone changes their name on my server, they get an automatic 10 minute ban. Can someone tell me how to disable this?

That's TTT, it has nothing to do with ulx. There's a convar somewhere for it, look on the website.
