Title: Sql group database syncing.

So many people ask for it. And so many people have made parts of the code on here. Why don't you make it so you can connect to a database to read and write from, and add it to the ulx zip/svn? I think a lot of people would appreciate it.

We're already looking at designing support into ULX 4 (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,7401.msg37496.html#msg37496).
1) Time is not on our side.
2) There is no SQL library supported by facepunch/Gmod natively. (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,7401.msg37571.html#msg37571 (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,7401.msg37571.html#msg37571))

Our cummunity posting repeat suggestions on it and us having to answer the same answer repeatedly doesn't lend to us having more time for updates.
