Title: Spacebuild 3 support

Does ULX work with spacebuild 3? It doesn't seem to work, lower rank players can use their physgun on me...

It means, even though you are higher rank, your immunity is not higher than a user. In FAdmin, users immunity is (10), and SuperAdmin is 100. If you are higher rank, then you need to set your immunity higher.

SuperAdmin = 100, Owner = 110, <-- Something like this.
