Title: Why can't I add specific perms to Superadmin through Rcon?

I am trying to add "Addgroup" And "Adduser" through Rcon and they wont show up, I did them correctly. with rcon ulx groupallow superadmin addgroup

What mod are the commands "addgroup" and "adduser" from?
If you mean ULX, superadmin already has those commands, and the commands are "ulx addgroup" and "ulx adduser".
What exactly are you trying to do that you think you need to add those permissions?

They were removed by some idiot, I can't readd them. They are from ULX. I tried to re-add them but I have No perm (Using Rcon) When I try to create a group and when I try to use the menu they aren't there.

The correct command as JamminR said, would be:

ulx groupallow superadmin "ulx addgroup"
It seems to me that you forgot the "ulx" part of the command.

I used it. Its just they wont appear.
