Title: removeID Error ?

Hey im new here and I hope you can help me ^^

I have problems with my server. Every 3 - 5min my Server lags but this is not the main problem.
I think its the weather mod, the map or ULX/ULib.

Why I post this here? Because I teste every of my plugins and addons and only ULib & ULX display this Error Message:

How can I solve this ?

I add the SteamID to the banned_user.cfg - dont work
I delete the banned_user.cfg - dont work
I deleted ULX and ULib and download a newer and older Version - dont work
I delete the Database & the Data Folder - dont work ...

Any solutions?

Make sure there aren't any workshop addons you've recently installed or updated- it sounds like there's some rogue code somewhere that's specifically always unbanning the guy who wrote it, probably.
