Title: ULX not saving users

I have installed a brand new version of ULX and I am having an issue with it not saving ranks, it will also not show any of my adverts or maps. It is just blank, I go to edit permissions for groups and nothing is visible in the window. I am not sure what happened, but I cannot seem to fix the problem if my life depended on it.

You're probably getting these two issues:

The first one has a temporary fix that works in most cases, but these are annoying bugs that we haven't quite been able to track down yet. :-\

I use to have ULX mySQL addon and I removed it due to it not letting me have seperate ranks on multiple servers and after that I soon to find my ULX messed up.

My users.txt file will just fill up randomly for no reason. It will just start adding users into the file for group users, so when I go to add a user in ULX it just shows a bunch of random people marked as users in the drop down box. I am not sure why it is doing this.
