Title: How To Make The ULX Motd Open A Link In A Web Browser

So I've been trying to make the motd open a new link in a new window using firefox or opera using the _blank target, but it doesn't work, the other targets work but they open in the same window.
Would it be possible to allow it to open a link using firefox or another browser if you click a link on the MOTD rather than it opening in the actual MOTD window that comes up?

Reasonably sure Source HTML doesn't allow this.
Not positive, but reasonably sure.
