Title: Is there a command to open a webpage through cexec?

I would like to be able to run a command on the console of the target and have it display a webpage on their screen.

steam://url/http://www.google.co.uk

I tried the above command but it is not recognised as a command.
Any thoughts on what I can do?

cexec only triggers commands on the target, such as "+jump" or "say Hi".
