Title: Joined for the first time addon

I've seen other servers with it, I wanted to know if anyone can point me to an addon that announces when people join for the first time?

You could modify UTime to support something like this. Otherwise, I don't know of any addons off the top of my head.

Im not that skilled with lua, i can change some permissions and what things call on. But i'd never be able to figure out how to make it say user has joined for the first time
