How to I block the drive tool in Garry's mod and can I use ulx to do that

ULX by itself doesn't block tools.
See the releases section of our forum. Several releases there might assist in blocking tools.
If that doesn't work, try asking for code addition/assistance in Developers corner.

REQUIRES: Falco's Prop Protection (https://github.com/FPtje/Falcos-Prop-protection)

1. Hit Q menus
2. On the right hand side at the top, click the "Utilities" tab
3. Look for menu "Falco's Prop Protection"
4. Expand out "Tool Restrictions"
5. Under "Construction" folder select "[drive]"
6. You will notice the word "[drive]" is now under "Tool Names" (don't click it or anything)
7. Click "Edit/view selected tool restrictions"
8. Tick the "Admin" box if you want just admins to use it, or "Superadmin" for just super admins.

After checking myself, make sure the category you expand in Step 5 is the category with "drive" in it.
