Title: Manage Permissions Empty and Cannot edit teams.

Recently, I've had problems with ULX. I've tried to edit, both, groups and teams and no success.
I've tried multiple things to fix this problem. Like re-installing it completely (Deleting Data and the addon itself), no luck
there, and even tried checking my addons. Whenever I go to a group and try to manage permissions it is completely empty.
Groups have teams even when there are no teams available in the menu. I've been very frustrated with this problem
and would really appreciate help. Thank you!

First, you say you reinstalled ULX. Is it the newest version?

First, if you're absolutely sure your superadmin (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,383.0.html) on the server (not OWNER), and have reset ULX (http://Factory Resetting ULX/ULib Installation), then likely, an exploit from Steam workshop or other non-official addon removing your access. Re-install won't fix that for ULX, as another addon keeps removing it.

I think this one (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,7700.0.html) actually found an addon causing the issue.
