Title: Steam workshop for dedicated server not working fully

I've been using steam workshop to add addons from this (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=361086282 (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=361086282)) collection to my server.

Most of them work, however SBEP seems to have only partially downloaded, and sb_omen_v2 hasn't appeared on my server at all.
I used this same system on older servers before without issue, and they download fully when I subscribe as a client.

OP, some addons fail to download because of a timeout and/or filesize limit. Unfortunately, there is no easy way around this.
To resolve this issue, download the addon on your client and locate its corresponding .gma file. Rename this file to ds_<addon id>.gma, the addon ID being the last few numbers in the current file's name. Upload this file to the /addons/ directory on your server, and voila.

So unless it recovers by itself I need to install it in legacy form.
Ok, thanks for telling me. Atleast I know how to fix it now.

I have actually seen other servers mounting the same content as me from the workshop without issue though.
