What if therewas acommad to make the players use like how much times U wont them to use it?

I believe he wants the tool gun to have charges, like the admin can set the tool gun charge to 5, then when some one uses it to, say, delete an object, a charge is lost. When it reached 0 charges, they can't use it any more.
