Title: Can't use many commands. Like !kick.

Can only use commands like !noclip, !ghost, !bring, !goto, !cexec, etc. Jail doesn't work,  kick doesn't work, Ban doesn't work.

I've reinstalled several times, and each time it's gotten better. But it's not getting better anymore. First reinstall stopped it from crashing anytime someone joined. Next reinstall allowed like, 2 commands. Third reinstall got us to where we are now. But the fourth and fifth reinstalls did nothing.

Yes. and we've not had a release since before Feb 20th, and some mod writer still assigns a global variable to _, which shouldn't happen.
We're presuming you are 're-installing' other mods too.
