Title: ULX Can Target Groups problem

I want groups to be able to only target the groups below them. For example superadmin can only target admin,moderator and user. My inheritance is every rank is inherited by the rank lower then that rank. I have !%RANKNAME for each rank and users can still pick up me (founder).

That means that the targeting system SOMEWHERE is incorrect. Double check all you inheritance and targeting.
