Title: I am new to being in charge and need some help with commands.

I have 3 questions:

• How do I spawn entities, in TTT, which are normally designed for sandbox; such as Antilon Guard, Fast Zombie, etc,...?
  

• How do I set the prop recharge time, in TTT, which is basically the rate of which the punch-o-meter increases, when set to 0 the people dead can possess props and can freely move with them, without restrictions of punch-o-meter?

• How do I shut down and then reboot/re-open the server using the Rcon place in the Rcon tab in the ULX menu?

Use "_RESTART" in the rcon tab
