Title: ULX Temp Gag

Using the same as the gag function, gags a user, but instead of permanently (or the end of map), you can set a time, example !tempgag ^ 120 (for 2 minutes) and It gags myself for 2 minutes.

copy the default gag function, put in a timer, and then use the ungag function
