Title: Jail Reasons. I need help.

Okay,
To try and add some user friendliness I am looking for the ability to add reasons to a jail. I have search for a piece of code that I can add to gain this however I cannot find one. If any of you can find me the code I need for this or code me on, it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you looking for this to be announced globally or to the player explicitly?
