Title: Ulx Modules Not Loading

Hello, whenever I join a server and I open up ULX there is nothing under "has access to" as seen below. There was a thread about this which had a console command to load the modules but I lost that thread.

superadmin group is highest group in Gmod. It looks like you created a group called founder and didn't assign it any access.
Grant yourself superadmin, or have founder inherit superadmin if you want highest access.
See our FAQ section 'how to add a user" and "having trouble with access"
You can also use from server console "ulx usermanagementhelp" for commands to use from server console to assign various groups various access.

I'm assuming you have renamed superadmin to founder.
Instead of that, please keep superadmin, make a new group called founder, then make that inherit from superadmin.
