How do i make it say to a lower ranking staff member someone when i would teleport or do anything example Someone is a admin and i'm a super admin and i teleport to a user all he would see is "Someone Teleported to Bob"

Change echo mode to "1" through Xgui or server console "ulx logEcho 1"
By default though, it's set to 1. admins and higher can see full output.
(oh, and chat commands will still come through, would need to use xgui or console commands to not see the chat commands)
