So back when I used to be an admin for another TTT garrys mod server, I was able to use the commands
!fspec <player> --this would force whoever the target was into spectate mode.
and
!slaynr <player> -- which would slay the target on the next round.
These were incredibly useful to me and yet on the ones i got from this website the commands don't seem to exist. I was also talking to another player who said that these should come with the download. Are these no longer available? If not how can I go about getting them?

This was never bundled with ULX by default, but the addon/module for it exists on this page: http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,7437.0.html (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,7437.0.html)

Where would i put this in my server directory?

Addons folder

you need to load it up on ttt for them to work, try this addon by typing "bot" into the consle and it will spawn a player bot in local server (no portfword)
try them then
addon: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=395649557&searchtext= (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=395649557&searchtext=)

Whether the gamemode is TTT or not, the commands will still display in the ULX Menu. They won't WORK unless it's TTT. As well, we've already established that it must go in the addons folder.
